Description
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Accurately documented patient encounters, including medical history, examination findings, and treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive and precise medical records.
Clinical Support:
- Assisted healthcare providers by capturing real-time notes during patient consultations, allowing them to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks.
- Managed and updated patient charts, including lab results, imaging reports, and treatment updates, ensuring that all relevant information was promptly recorded and available.
Patient Interaction:
- Engaged with patients to collect detailed medical histories, symptoms, and concerns, contributing to accurate and thorough documentation.s.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensured compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards by handling sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.
- Reviewed and verified the accuracy of recorded information to maintain high standards of documentation quality and integrity.
Workflow Optimization:
- Streamlined clinical workflows by organizing and prioritizing documentation tasks, improving efficiency and reducing provider time spent on administrative duties
Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinated with healthcare providers, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
